The award-winning Bidlea Dairy are recruiting two special roles for their amazing cafe and farm shop in Twemlow, near Holmes Chapel in Cheshire.

Cafe Supervisor
- Permanent
- Part time or Full Time/Job Share Considered
- £20,475-£22,425 dependant on experience
- 28 days leave per annum (including an allowance for the bank holidays)

Cafe Assistant
- Permanent
- Part Time or Full Time/Job Share considered
- £19,500-£21,450 dependant on experience
- 28 days leave per annum (including an allowance for the bank holidays)

The Bidlea Farm Shop and Cafe opened in 2021 and has become a very popular local destination to grab a cup of tea or coffee, buy products direct from the farm and, of course, try our award-winning ice-cream, which even recently received the thumbs up of the Prime Minister.
To help us give our customers the best experience we’re looking for two key members of staff who can help with a variety of tasks around the farm shop and dairy. Although the roles are slightly different these would both include:
- Serving a range of delicious ice creams, cakes, hot and cold drinks to the general public in accordance with food safety regulations
- Ensuring the café and shop is well stocked and clean and tidy at all times, assisting with washing up and clearing as necessary
- Helping our customers to have a positive experience at the café providing a friendly and warm customer service
- Supporting the team
- Using the till to take payments and help with cashing up at the end of the day
- Raising any issues or feedback from our customers to the café supervisor
- Building up a good knowledge of the food and drink available to advise customers on particular allergies or requests
