We are looking for an administrator to join our customer service team. This crucial role involves supporting our team of insurance agents and ensuring that our day-to-day office operations run smoothly. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and conscientious who loves to be organised, naturally multi-tasks, solves problems, and can work using their own initiative.

About the job:
- Managing the postage and despatch of renewal and other associated documentation
- Taking ownership of the internal customer accounts system including money collection, banking and customer premium management
- Overseeing internal post and email mailboxes
- Preparing regulatory documentation to meet compliance requirements
- Producing reports and documents using Microsoft suite and internal systems
- Answering incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors in the office and contacting customers
- Performing various administrative tasks, including maintaining and organising insurance policies, client records, and other essential documents
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in an administration or customer service environment
- Excellent organisation, customer service and communication skills
- Detail-orientated and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Proactive and able to work under pressure to deliver results
- A high degree of personal initiative, responsibility and commitment
- GSCEs, including Maths and English at minimum grade C/equivalent and a working knowledge of MS Office systems

This role is 100% office based, to ensure a quality service provision and a happy connected team. Salary and annual leave advertised is based on full time hours.
