We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales area, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and support the business in achieving sales targets.
In this role you will:
Supervise, train, and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service.
Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice on plants, gardening techniques, and garden products.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule staff shifts and manage daily attendance and annual leave using Breathe HR.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products for yourself and your team.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software tools
Working Hours: 40 per week, worked flexibly across the week between Monday-Sunday with 2 days off per week. Our opening hours are 8.30am-5pm every day.
