We are looking for a new team member who is passionate about e-commerce to help us manage our website shop and online presence.
In this role you will:
Develop, update, and maintain our online shop and website content, including product descriptions, images, prices, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with the team to ensure product availability and accurate stock levels.
Manage product categories and collections to reflect current stock and marketing priorities.
Respond to customer enquiries and feedback related to the website and online orders.

Who we’re looking for:
Someone with passion, drive and enthusiasm to provide a fantastic online shopping experience for our customers.
Proven experience in website content management, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sector.
Proficient in using content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
An interest in gardening and a willingness to learn
Working Hours: 25-30 per week (across our office hours which are 8.30-5pm Monday – Friday)
