Executive Assistant to an Entrepreneur

Location: Bristol (or surrounding areas) – not essential but desirable

Job Type:  Full-Time, Flexible Hours to suit both UK and US time zones.  Work from home, with occasional meetings in Clifton Down, Bristol 

Salary: £42,000 – £50,000 per annum

This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of personal and professional responsibilities with the utmost confidentiality and efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage business and personal calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, transport, and accommodation.
  • Provide occasional in-person support for scheduling, administration, and document coordination.
  • Manage a network of property maintenance professionals in Bristol.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting high-profile individuals.
  • Master multitasker with exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in office management software.
  • Highly proactive and able to anticipate needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
