What you’ll be doing:
- Manage business and personal calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, transport, and accommodation.
- Provide occasional in-person support for scheduling, administration, and document coordination.
- Manage a network of property maintenance professionals in Bristol.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting high-profile individuals.
- Master multitasker with exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
