In this role you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and in person
- Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and empathetically
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance our customer journey
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Develop leads for our Financial Services Advisor through your everyday conversations with our customers and your colleagues

Who we’re looking for:
- Drive and enthusiasm to provide a fantastic customer service to our existing and future customers
- Great interpersonal skills and relationship building abilities
- Experience of consistently delivering high quality sales and customer service
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software tools
This role is 100% office based, to enable us to maintain a quality service provision and a happy connected team. Flexible hours available (minimum 28 hours, maximum 35 hours per week). Salary advertised is based on full time hours.
