Hours: Between 28-35 hours per week (Our full time hours are 35 hours Monday – Friday 9:00-17:00 but we are happy to discuss part-time hours)

In this role you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and in person
  • Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and empathetically
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance our customer journey
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
  • Develop leads for our Financial Services Advisor through your everyday conversations with our customers and your colleagues

Who we’re looking for:

  • Drive and enthusiasm to provide a fantastic customer service to our existing and future customers
  • Great interpersonal skills and relationship building abilities
  • Experience of consistently delivering high quality sales and customer service
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software tools

This role is 100% office based, to enable us to maintain a quality service provision and a happy connected team. Flexible hours available (minimum 28 hours, maximum 35 hours per week). Salary advertised is based on full time hours.
